Per oldiesmusic(.)com Marvin Rainwater, born Marvin Percy, passed away on September 17th at his home in Aitkin, MN at the age of 88... On May 20th, 1957 his version of "Gonna Find Me A Bluebird" entered Billboard's Top 100; eventually it peaked at #18 and spent 22 weeks of the Top 100... Also in 1957, in a duet with Connie Francis, their version of "The Majesty of Love" entered the Top 100 for a one week stay at #93... R.I.P. Mr. Rainwater and Mr. Jackson turns 81 on November 6th...
