With Episode 9 we honor Journey! The original members of Journey came together in San Francisco in 1973. Journey released their eponymous first album in 1975, Their fourth album, Infinity (1978) reached No. 21 on the album charts and gave the band their first RIAA-certified platinum single, "Lights". Their eighth and biggest-selling studio album, Escape, in 1981. The album, which would ultimately sell nine times platinum, went to number one on the album charts that year. Journey's next album, 1983's Frontiers, continued their commercial success, reaching No. 2 on the album charts and included "Separate Ways.” As always, thanks for listening – LLB.

Brother Dale.. I still listen to this tune several times a week and play along side a lot. I keep an axe tuned just for it. I LOVE the step down tune! AWESOME! Scored a Godin MIDI axe in New York with a PRS Santana included. Long Story on the trip back....detour due to a police shooting on the Hudson....wow. I took a change of direction not knowing,,,,maybe divine intervention! Was complaining about the trip taking me 2 hours longer and the traffic was delayed more than 4 hours after I turned. Met a man with no feet.....I'm slightly ashamed Oh well Live and learn. We get humbled by things once in a while. God Bless my friend.....We all should look to Jesus for guidance. Sure made me appreciate things I never would have. PS... Handsome young fellow on dem drums! He's a rockin dude!PSS I need to learn more about posting to youtube. I'm getting pretty ok playing some of this stuff...Especially Lexington Lab band tunes! Me and the wife unit are especially enjoying the gospel music you're doing. ALL great stuff....

Dale, we've been listening to this (my wife and I....she wants me to shave my head now...hehe) we decided we like your version better than Journey's. Couldn't put my finger on it until I started jamming with your tune. Dirty pool you tuned down a half step! hehe But I love it! It's now on the list! Thanks a billion for the great tunes and the inspiration! Happy Easter my friend!

Hi Dale ... I have seen dozens of your guitar tutorials , you're definitely one of the best on you tube. This is the first video I've seen of your band ... I was pleasantly blown away by every band member's talent. Super tight.
