Sorry but you should never, and I can't emphasise that word last enough, abuse either of these pieces of music in such a manner. I like the idea that you have tried to mix two items to come up with one original-ish piece but at the end of the day, in my opinion, you have only succeeded in ruining the originals.9 years ago

Really dig it. Ever considered doing an inversion (electronic-dub-grindy-bits kick in early on and then acoustic(read: nondub electric) on the latter half? Love the track, feel like it could use a coupling of silence. Like a "stop/reflect" moment 3/4 way down. It rocks but i feel like it comes in strong and ends stronger, and it could go come in soft.. box big.. strong; dance/groove/jam, mellow... reflect. FULL STOP breakaway, "acoustic" jam. you guys have such good feel for music. get a viola, a didgeridoo, electric dub glockenspiel (custom), and a utility belt that you can wear as a sash that will do your funky bass beats and the party orbits around YOU. =)10 years ago
