@bermudatriangle83 Here, here! God bless the beautiful soul that is Stevie Nicks. She is the real deal. Stevie doesn't visit injured troops for publicity or adulation. Stevie does this because she REALLY cares about these fine men & women. Patriotism is something Stevie has displayed for years. During the '91 Gulf War, she wrote a beautiful song called Desert Angel & dedicated it to the hundreds of thousands of American troops in the Gulf. Like me, Stevie is a proud American.

@pdonster2 Yeah. It's really a wonderful thing to do. I don't think some artists understand how much they could change the life of a fan especially one in the type of position some of these guys are in and even if you're not a fan it means a lot to see somebody as successful as Stevie come and pay thanks to you and just sit down and talk. I wish a lot more people would do things like this.
