Taking aside the PG and PH fixation, I think Ray is the best in the circuit to sing Genesis songs .Hackett does a very good job musically but his singers lack soul.Ray has been recording and touring with them and shows why he was chosen then.He is not there to replace the legends but he gives another dimension.(I put him closer to PG as many,including Banks have done).With Genesis reunion unlikely he has a role to play.

I think listening to Ray Wilson sing in a lower register unlike peter and phil who had almost indistinguishable vocal style is awesome. IMHO

I think he does a really good job. He sings it in his own style and I think it works great. A lot better than on the CAS tour though.

Hmmm Now that was bad. Sorry But Ray's Voice is just to low and can not handle the higher parts. Ray sounds just as bad Singing this song as he did in 97.
