I like GR2 more than the original ones in terms of sound quality. Imagine the original Genesis with today's technology. That would be something! Still they were way ahead of their time regardless of the limited resources.

Its anything but pointless. What he does is breathe new life into the best of Genesis, which is what they were until he left. Most of the music lives up to the original,granted, perhaps not this one, but that Hammersmith concert, for example, was brilliant

the track's ending is way better than the original. steve is sliding over the texture, the rest of the song is roughly the same with steve's sound more refined and articulated. imho, but I am right:)
