Woah. I thought I'd never heard this song before, but as soon as it started I recognised it :) from a childhood where I heard loads of good music that I didn't even know the names of. It's great rediscovering them all now.

Everybody should watch the chris farlowe both version

It's good, but it's last on the list of covers for this song. Chris Farlowe, Rod Stewart, and Mike d'Abo himself all did it better and with less fake angst.

if there was anything like copy n paste in music... then it'd be almost a copy n paste of Stewart's voice and style.... the only time this cover loses out big time is when the stereophonics start singing the main refrain ..."so what becomes of you...." .. the song loses all its tempo at the point... another very average cover of a great song.. if Stewart was dead...he'd be tossing in his grave now...

If a 6ft hard man jumped on your back would you toss him off?

Love their arrangement of this song. And what a rich voice has Kelly Jones.
