:) you just need to dispute the copyright content claim, then you'll need to wait 30 days for their response. in some cases they might reinstate their claim, leaving you no choice but to delete the video. actually this video is blocked globally but then i disputed the copyright claim of SME. i've been doing this since i've started here in YT. most of videos are blocked only in a particular country, GERMANY and for some reasons i don't know why. i think most of STEPS's videos are blocked there...
