Wanted to clear up, Steve Jolliffe (flute player) left the band after waking up very early in the morning. The other day there was a big drug party and he said he smoked a very strange and odd joint. Soon after he cut his hair.

The flute player is totally unneccesary and completely incompetent.

Totally ruined by moron flute player and saxophonist. Listen to the original album. Brilliant.

The flute-Player is a zillion times more versatile and musically gifted than the guitarrist was.

The flute and sax was giving the band a 'jazzy' and rather unique sound. I wish they stayed with it.

Steve Joliffe is an excellent flute/sax player, but this track aptly illustrates why he was sacked in the wake of the "Mk II" album and live touring -- there simply was not enough space for his playing alongside Martin Pugh's guitar and he had to go (this according to what other band members told me during research for liners to a forthcoming Kieran White CD)
