CLICK MORE FOR SONG DETAILS. The tuning almost a halfstep down or semiflat, with the low-E tuned down a full step more like C# G# C# F# A# D#.

13 tracks total. All tracks played and recorded by me in Cubase LE via Alesis MultiMix8 Firewire mixer.

3 Vocal tracks (REMOVED for good reason, I SUCK!)

4 Guitar tracks.

1 Bass track.

4 drum tracks, each played in real-time ON A FREAKIN KEYBOARD! Yes, I'm an idiot and haven't mastered MIDI-drum-maps yet. Sue me.

1st drum track is kick, snare, crash.

2nd drum track is snare rolls.

3rd drum track is ride cymbals.

4th drum track is high hat.

1 "shaker" percussion track (Eggz).

Guitars are Ovation 1868 Elite, POS generic 12 string, Yamaha RBX260 bass,

DigiTech GNX2 Guitar modeling effects board. Multitrack instrumental recording with no loops or MIDI.

Cheers--

I like it! It sounds a bit like elavator music here, but you can keep a beat! Why are you hiding the vocals from us? Do you think a female voice on this song would have as much impact? I say no but wanna hear it anyways. Also tone down the phaser, and turn up da bass! This song has a great b line.

Hey Rocket, Thanks for the kudos. I love the Alesis Firewire mixer; very versatile. Can work with or without a computer. The firewire version allows true simultaneous multitrack recording. The older USB version did not (not sure about their new USB versions). Computer was a P4 2GHz w/1.5GB RAM running XP. They will NOT WORK with Windows Vista 64 bit version (XP is fine). Can't go wrong with this mixer!

Hi Menyou, I appreciate the kind words. It really only took a few hours to lay down all the tracks. Tweaking took a bit longer. Cubase is easy to learn. I really like the Alesis Multimix; hard to beat for the money. One warning, they will not work with Windows Vista 64 bit OS. WinXP works great. Thanks again.

Wattzzaaa, Good ear my man. Yes, there is a bit of phase shifter on the guitars, thanks to the DigiTech GNX2 effects board. Not the newest pedal board on the block, but a pretty darn good one. Thanks for watching.
