The reason this is the best version of this song is it is the first time he sang it and he made it up as he went along, the only thing he had at this point was the chorus, Fred durst basically talked him into doing it on the dressing room 15 minutes before they came out, that's why Fred says this is the real deal y'all

When I hear this song--- I think of that American Indian Girl in Pembroke, NC. I have known her for years (20+ years)----I will always love her and would love to see her. I am bad I went to a family funeral, I was sad; but when I saw and hugged her, well I felt no sadness or pain, I just smiled. She is something I will never have.
