Oh man! I was one of two kids as my mum and dad squabbled on albion road, n16 london. A cold water flat and would there be a happy ending? My dear old mum crying as dad gallivanted around with his rude boy friends. A younger man than I am now and suddenly he is in the winter of his life. So, here I am, all of 51 (old, I know) remembering the bogies I wiped on the front steps and my matchbox cars and playing conkers in Grasmere Primary (where did THAT memory come from?) My old man on fathers day. Thanks for everything Pops.
