I think it's 1993/94, definitely not 1987 as Jools was in the band then and also no Gilson on the drums here. Glenn definitely didn't have that hairstyle in the 80s, so am guessing this is around the Some Fantastic Place era.

Yes it's a GREAT track !!! And Paul Carrack is on keyboards ;-) It Glenn Tilbrook who is the lead singer and Chris Difford sings too but usually accompanies an octave or 10th lower ! I do love this song am gonna post it on FB now ! X
