I’m afraid Mike Bullard’s supercilious attitude is one that we see US chat show hosts adopt as well. I never understand why a show bothers to book a guest only to have the host behave boorishly towards him or her. It’s unfortunate, but Dombroski manages to handle the situation graciously.
