Crowded House and Split Enz are two of the best 80 bands EVER! I remember this airhead VJ from Much Music Erica Ehm interviewing Neil Finn in the 80s and asking him why his music was so melancholy and he said with a real "you fuckin' poor, dim-witted bitch" edge to his voice "Because that's what music IS sometimes Erica!"...she was so dumb or professional or both that it went right over her head...
