Pretty amazing stuff for 1942 I'd say - especialy with WW2 ongoing. Maybe this one inspired the writers of the theme for "Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines" film theme of 1965 and more generally the BBC Radio's Goon Show some 10 years later.
