Que recuerdos, man I guess it was in 95. I was finished with 8th grade, starting High School 9th after the summer. I lived in Chicago and would fly to San Antonio, TX and ride bus to my abuelos house for the summer. I had done that for 3 summers before that, but that summer it all changed. My grandpa had a mountain bike (I turned lowriderish lol) I used all summer to ride around every year I went. This time I went to different apartments in the area and ride around and at the pool one day I met this girl- a sun tanned beauty 1 yr younger. I would talk to her every time Id be in those apartments-either at the pool where she spent most of the summer or at her home, a corner 1st floor apt, perfect for bringing in my bike to keep from theft. Well after 2 weeks of talking and vising her, we finally got to be more intimate doing things undressed. A week later we were both experiencing each other, we had the radio on, she kept it on a hot ktfm radio station I remember, we heard this song by Spanish fly, a Barrio Boyz song, and an Ace of Base song. I was no longer a stranger to a woman. The summer went on and we kept swimming outdoors and indoors. It was a summer to remember. After that summer I never saw her again. She had moved without a word. I was in Chicago my high school years always thinking of her, that Texas beauty. Never had a GF til after I grad H.S. in 99. I wonder where she could be

They seem a lot more comfortable dancing with each other in this video than with the women. It's definitely not a bad thing, and good for them, but it's an observation that I bet I"m not alone on. Love this song so much and great video. So many memories of the 1990s in the Bay Area and San Jose coming back. I could play this song on repeat. Treasure of my Heart, though, I don't want to hear that again. That song was so overplayed, although I'm happy they had a successful hit.
