That was interesting. Back in the day I can see that would have been erotic. Not to say it still isn't. But tame now to what we can see. I would love to see that unedited version. I doubt it's in their new documentary Soul Boys of the Western World but we can wish. They are still amazing today. Glad they are still performing!

Recently a friend told me that somewhere out in the world, there is an "unedited" version of this video. She said this unedited version was the first version and didn't have the band's newspaper clippings and photos, but instead had more homoerotic body painting. She said the first version was quickly re-edited to what we see here in this version and that the original was banned forever. Is this true? And if so, where can we find the original?

In Tony's autobiography it makes me laugh when he says he still has no idea what this song and video is about! While filming the video he was like wtf am i doing rolling around naked covered in paint. He put it down to a load of pretentious arty bollocks from the director xD Still, its a good video and song.
