Back in 1862 when I was in the US army no 52. And I didn't care what people had to say about their position in the army. People don't talk a lot about their job on the internet. So please shut up and keep your work to yourself. I don't care if you "served your country" because that it your fault.

Great March! So much dignity, pride and respect carry these notes in an outstanding musical score full of symbolism.

Oh man, what a genius Souza was! I'm a nonmilitary, leftist New Yorker living abroad, but this music reaches into me like Irving Berlin. Pure joy. And what a band we have for ourselves! Makes a man proud. Pity our Marines can't just play music instead of fighting in wars.

my great grandfather's brother was in the marines and served in the pacific for 3 years (1942-1945), he served for 12 years more after the war, God bless America and the Marine corps, from Italy!

I was Army, but the Marine's Hymn still gives me goose bumbs. You'd think the damned Marines would come up with some lyrics for it, but hey, they're jarheads.
