@Ferior how can there be a victory? it's rock chuckers vs tanks, it's american sponsored missile defence systems.... there cannot be a victory without a full scale war.... the arab league vs israel who do you think would win? but it would be carnage and probably lead to world war 3 and nobody wants that.... but don't rule it out of the realms of possibilty cos that would be a mistake......

@Ferior no, completely wrong. the only reason they haven't been able to is because there is something called the geneva convention, and since wiping out the palestinians would cause chaos in the middle east, and probably a damaging war, the americans won't allow them to push too far. too many interests in other parts of the gulf (iraq, afghanistan). anyway what the israelis want is genocide, they consider the palestinians to be 3rd class citizens, and below the level of serfs. this is racism

@Ferior IMO this conflict will never end. there is so much history and the fact that many arab nations such as egypt, iran, lebanon etc still refuse to even accept that the israelis have a presence there whatsoever. they will never accept an israeli state. and because israel is allied to the united states this causes a microcosm of the christian vs muslim conflict. the jews want their holy land, but is it worth hanging around and waiting for a possible scud assault (which is coming). @tens1son thats a big claim... pearl jam are great band, and have produced great music since 91.... soundgarden put out two great albums then an average third before disbanding.... i hope your not gonna tell me audioslave are better than nirvana....
