There's an excellent tribute cover at an awards show. The band did Black Hole Sun...then at the "official" vocals only of the song you hear Chris' voice "Hang my head. Drown my fears. T'il you all just disappear". Gave me the chills.

Oww! My ears! What the fuck is this shit? I don't think I can ever listen to that song now knowing how shitty the singer actually sings. How did THIS guy become a lead-singer with THAT voice? I would have kicked him out of auditions after the first 2 seconds of hearing him "sing" with that voice! And I mean I would have LITERALLY kicked him out...boot to ass style through an open door into the gutter where he belongs. Terrible...just TERRIBLE!!!
