In summer of 2008, a musical band, Sons of Sounds, was formed by four young men, Knorlan Aaron, Ninja George, Kreig Harris and Judah Jno. Baptiste. Young, inexperienced but determined
to make way in the music industry, showcase their talent and promote Dominica music.
The band used the remainder of 2008 to get on their legs, gather other members and spread the word that something new was about to hit Dominica. The band did its first official performance on January 1st 2009, presenting a variety of musical genres "Bouyon, Zouk, Soca, Reggae". Form that inaugural performance, the public to see that S.o.S Band was well on it was in the music industry.
Because of the band's Energetic performances, creative ideas and catchy slangs/hooks, people can easily relate to the band's music. S.o.S have also manage to make appearances on many public events, village feast, parties, school shows, proms, wet fetes, even events as large as "Lime Creole In the Park 2009".

Shorty before the carnival season of 2012, S.o.S Band collaborated with "Ericsson Joseph" better know as "Gremo" and did a tune for the upcoming season. With the heavy beat and nice melody of that song they used the element of bouyon music to catch the humor of many. The "We Like It Jiggley" song became popular on the airwaves, on the streets of Dominca during carnival and also in the neighboring french island Guadeloupe.
Seeing the response of the people both home and abroad, they decided to take the song a next step further and did an official music video.
