not as smoothly and slickly produced as "Blow By Blow" by Max Middleton, "Wired" is more raw and both LP's are Beck at his very best...love this track in particular, man...Beck is an Axe-Slayer...

I remember listening to Jeff's Wired album with friends back in the seventies, we were amazed by his music.Now forty years later and having listened to thousands of accomplished guitar players, I understand that his compositions, style and playing ability are even more unique than we realized back then. Jeff Beck - A virtuoso master of technique and tone is once again my favorite guitarist.

Narada is insane on this entire album....sure there were many takes, but on songs like "Sophie" ..astral projection on the cymbals and really tight snare action brings this composition to another level.
