Normally I am against anyone covering New Order/Joy Division songs... But I will make an exception this time.
Taken from the album 'BBC Radio 2's Sounds Of The 80's' which features lots of artists covering 80's tracks (see link below to album). This for me is an outstanding track & Sophie Ellis-Bextor does an amazing job on New Order's 'True Faith' & I wish her well with it.

I love Sophie's voice and she does a fabulous cover of Pulp's "Do you remember...." but this isn't for me. This song was an absolute classic of my youth; I don't think it can be covered. This and Blue Monday shouldn't be touched by anyone but New Order. Sorry Sophie!!9 years ago
