Songs of the Sea - Rolling Home - as sung by The Crew of the Mimi video free download

A cassette tape of the Songs of the Sea came to me from Peter Marston's son-n-law. Peter Marston was the owner of the sailing vessel Mimi and played Capt. Granville in the Voyage of the Mimi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Voyage_of_the_Mimi), a TV adventure series that aired on PBS starting about 1984. I happened to be doing bridge work at the time and on that day kept noticing a large sailing vessel at the nearby marina while I was running the crew boat. Having been a fan of the TV series I couldn't wait to get off work and drive over. Hailing the Mimi from the dock a young man came on deck and we had a few beers and swapped sailor stories. The Mimi was in town at the Museum Of Science and History for educational purposes. So upon disembarking the young man gave me the tape with the songs and a book with the sheet music. All the songs are believed to be in public domain and performed by the Crew of the Mimi so that the old lore might not fade into oblivion. And so my purpose is to perpetuate their availability.
