Commented vocalist & keyboardist Tony Kakko: "It has some kind of an ear-worm factor. It's not a bad thing to have in a single. A story about how dad already sees his young son going to work in the same factory he still goes and where his dad and dad's dad went before him, and how that pleasantly vicious circle never ends."

Since when do SA do MLP influenced powermetal? This is cheesy even for power metal..

The music reflects the lyrics, making people blind from the truth, making them think everything is ok, they make them dream about one thing not to think freely etc..

Every now and then you don't want to listen to super serious super heavy metal. Every now and then you want to listen to this and be happy for 4 minutes.

Pariah's Child is the kind of album that needed to grow on me. Definitely not my favorite, but it's honestly pretty good (with the exception of Love, that is)

All these people saying the song represents SA not wanting to stick to only one style...And here I am thinking it reminded me of a certain fanfic from a certain fandom. You know.THAT fandom. The one that more than any other causes youtube to throw a tantrum whenever it's mentioned or referenced in any way, including people using it for their avatars.

the worst thing an artist can do is to stick in a particular style and never leave there, as the song says, never leave the factory, an artist needs to be free, I love Sonata's new music and lyrics, they are just so beautiful

I actually think this song would sound like the early days - it's the production that's different, but in the compositional sense this is quite like the early days. The production isn't as good - it's not just that it's different, it's not quite as good. The bassist of SA is now the producer too? I guess that could save them some money, and I'm not saying he does a *bad* job, I mean I still like this song after all (though I found it a grower). I do think their earlier songs were better produced though, if I'm honest.
