Son House and his generation blues artists there is something un-natural and fascinating about them.. it makes me so sad that when they recorded these tunes, they had no good equipment for that :( we can never enjoy their music as the people did when they sung in the streets and jukejoints as young men.. Someone should really put effort on this task, to digitally remaster these great songs, that way they would surely reach a new audience too!
