I hear both Heafy and HoJo in Bjorn's voice in this song and it's so fucking brilliant to me because I find both singers to be so far apart in style, but Bjorn is so versatile he can switch on the fly and still be himself..

I am partial to all of Soilwork's albums and find them to be a fleshed-out band due to all of the different routes they have taken. I'd be insulted if they didn't give Bjorn some space to sing and set ups for brilliantly catchy hooks because he has such an amazing voice. There is so much talent to be heard in Soikwork, they're great at being melodic, atmospheric, moody, emotional and brutal, often within the same song. They have several different moods. Furthermore, bands like Trivium and Killswitch Engage are comparable due to their focus on melody and blend of death metal-influenced aggression. Guarantee they'd admit Soilwork are an influence on them, because they have already. Trying to be competitive with music taste is silly...just appreciate that this band exists and is making such great music as this song.

This was the album that got me back into Soilwork. First album I had was Steelbath Suicide. Then Natural born Chao's was my favorite. I loved figure # 5 but it was more hooks & Chorus based songs. I liked it cause it was cool with the keyboard & style. Then I thought Stabbing the drama & the panic broadcast had that same figure 5 feel. This brought me back to the heavy prog Metal I became a fan in the 1st place for. Plus the production is amazing. Hard to keep a fans attention on a double album. This is the perfect double album.
