Glad to see Soft Cell back on TOTP - ace cover of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons' "The Night" with a dark, moody electronic update - ironically, SC almost recorded/released "The Night" as a single way back in 1981 instead of "Tainted Love" - if they had, can you imagine how different their career would have been? Marc's key change toward the end around 2:42 is glorious - nice fringe leather jacket, too!! This deserved to be a huge hit - alas, wasn't quite.
