A bit of a different upload for me today :D As a celebration of 20 years of Nirvana's Nevermind, Kerrang! have got many bands to cover the entirety of the original album.

at 2:10 does anyone know if that's Adam singing in the background? Or if it's Andrew? Either way it sounds awesome.

The way I see it, there's two main groups of people here. Those who haven't heard of Arcane Roots and found this song looking for Nirvana covers, and those who already know and listen to Arcane Roots.I can understand why anyone who hadn't heard of Arcane Roots before might think this is a bad cover... but well, you're wrong. Listen to Blood & Chemistry all the way through twice, then come back and listen to this and you'll get it.

This song is incredible. I liked the original, but this cover blows it out of the park. I just learnt how to play it on guitar and it's so fun.And the first time he says "entertain us" is so intense. 10/10 would bang

I actually love this after the intro. Even the intro itself is just kind of a signature of AR's djenty style. Bit harmless really.

That beginning was dreadful. Gaslight at least did an awesome cover. This was awful. Sure it's their own style but if you're gonna cover nirvana and edit the hell out of the entire structure with effects, backing vocalists, high pitched pop punk squealing and removing the riff which brings it all together aside Grohl on the drums then do it with one of the songs which isn't their biggest. This is like waiting for the greatest gig, the support bands are amazing and the sound is great and finally when the headline act comes on and you're pumped for the them the drummer head buts the snare, the lead plays left handed and the vocalist leaves the mic in front of a baby crying in a pram.Arcane roots are entitled to make their own sound. Their fans are entitled to enjoy it and disagree with me. However I'm entitled to say it was terrible. That's the whole point of criticism and reviews. It's not always great.

In interesting reinterpretation of the song. I like how they have changed it stylistically, but it still within what Nirvana did. Fantastic!

The whole point of this entire album was for new bands to pay a tribute to the band that probably gave them a huge musical influence. Arcane Roots aren't trying to replicate the original, they're doing their own take. I also think that this version was written for Arcane Roots fans... they're very much a band that need to be understood, you cant just say this song is shit because you don't like it, listen to that fucking guitar work. I love AR equally as much as I love Nirvana, and I like both both versions of this song for different reasons.

One last word lol ;);)After hearing the whole cover here i agree with some who say Kurt would have loved this... i agree because Arcane Roots have made it raw like early Nirvana !!

I see someone put Kurt didn't like this track, he didn't like Nevermind really as they polished it too much, another case of producers etc, taking over, if you want to hear Nirvana at their best then buy debut album 'Bleach' Anniversary edition has an early live gig, it is bloody awesome and also 'In Utero' which Kurt tried to regain some of Nirvanas rawness which he rwally wanted, although still a polished to some degree its not as polished as 'Nevermind' i do like the latter and i like smells like teen spirit but to me best track on 'Nevermind' is ' Something In The Way and Nirvana Unplugged is beautiful, i love it and not too long after that he died :(And is now 'legend' status and he is a legend R.I.P Kurt

I am a huge Nirvana fan and i know its hard to not compare with Kurt and original, but all bands do not sound same and i like Arcane Roots and its up to them to do it same or do it their style, its a tribute to Nirvana and there will never be another band like them and never another Kurt, i think its a good cover :)
