@Redeyedemon....Sly ain't "shy" here.....he is just high as a fuckin kite. He used to carry around a violin case full of drugs when he was on tour during the late 60s and 70s. He is clearly under the influence of some drug, probably cocaine in this video. He is a bit incoherent at times...but still amazing.
