No disrespect meant raponte 1955 but you;re focusing on the wrong thing…it's about the music wouldn't you agree? Also if you know ANYTHING about Sly and the Family Stone you'd know Rose seldom if ever stood up and sang..she was ALWAYS at the Electric piano. Last but not least let's take into account that "FAMILY AFFAIR" was a number one hit over forty years ago. Let's see how slim and svelte YOU are in forty years! Again no disrespect intended just bantering back and forth and offering up opinions. I am FAR more upset about the way Sly has shit all over his career/legacy/comeback.
