I just realized the cover of this album is a spinning girl with her skirt. You can clearly see the hair and her left leg. Heavenly, as everything Slowdive has made.

This songs sounds a LOT like a modern remake of Nights in White Satin. Hear it for yourself

In 1991, my girlfriend and I were spending two weeks in London when we first heard " #SpanishAir " by the British group #SlowDive . We instantly fell in love with their sound and searched all over town trying to buy the single or album. Finally found the CDs several days later at an #HMV store and have loved this song since. Apparently the group falls under the category of #shoegaze which is a rather silly term I had never head of before. Take a listen and leave a comment.

They were true innovators and laid the groundwork for so many indie bands out there now!
