Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Slipknot, but there are other bands out there that makes this band look small. And I must add, seen Slipknot 8x live, best shows I've even gone to because they know how to entertain the crowd.

No way man, it's not jus the distortion it's also the vocals' I mean c,mon Dave doesn't do heavy guttural roaring vocals like Corey does. Maybe megadeth sounds more like old metal style but this is heavier than that man, take for instance Slipknot's song "The heretic Anthem" is heavier than megadeth stuff. It's my opinion here though

@Vanchinchelo ~ If you "like" Megadeth, then you should know that Slipknot relies more on distortion for sound. There's nothing "heavy" about that, lol.

i'm going to have to disagree. at least as far as concert experience goes. i just saw them in july. granted the concert was kickass, but the energy and insanity you see in this concert surpasses that which i experienced. plus corey's career has taken a toll on his voice, so he has better endurance in this footage than now. of course i can't hold anything against the band. they've been performing this kind of music for over a decade. the exertion adds up and people get older
