Don't know where this came from....sounds like shit...I'm an avid SLAYER fan but this is whack. I know there's a disc u can buy, which I don't own of old-school Hanneman demos. I think this shits whack. Tell me where this came from....think maybe this would have been on soundtrack to the apocalypse when they released that. Hanneman did not do any vocals...and if this is for real...like I said where did it come from?? There's so much bogus shit people are making...like creating their own photos and logos....give it up.

Kerry was and is good, but Jeff (alright alright, along with James Hetfield) was simply THE man in metal back in the 80's/early 90s. Jeff is on another level altogether. ALL Slayer's greats-of-all-time were written by Hanneman - War Ensemble, Angel of Death, Raining Blood, South of Heaven, Dead Skin Mask, Seasons in the Abyss, Psycopathy red, DIsciple, etc.

Well, Tom stated in an interview a few months age that before Jeff died, he had sent him a song that he had been working on.

If only someone could remaster this masterpiece

I hear a lot of Chuck Schuldiner in this, especially in the passages with the double kick. It has that really raw, driving Death feel to it.

They just solo out of key a lot. Being in key doesn't automatically mean melodic though either.

slayer do have melodic solos. Although,a "melodic solo" to me could be a totally different concept to you
