Banda: Slayer

Album: Show No Mercy

Tema: Crionics

Lyrics:

eyes upon me

watching me in my perpetual sleep

dreams deceive me

my future depends on a mindless dream

i've fallen from promises

damned to take risks on my own

the masterful science that freezes your

mind and your soul

the wretched dream is realized

the human race is to be crystallized

Thoughts of laughter

filling the head of the master in charge.

worlds of wonder

is this a cure or a painless death

i'll fight and resist

till they all see the end that is near

the doctors the lawers and g-men

are living in fear

living my life with one distant hope

a cure that will kill my invincible foe

You can really hear the Judas Priest and Iron Maiden influence on this track. Awesome song. One of the first full tunes I learnt on guitar.

Yeah: it's a step by step process, and when the time comes, you will unlock all facets of metal. In fact, here are a couple samples of Suidarka you might like unless you already haven't gotten to them: Darkane Times, Stone of the Seven Suns, Pendragon's Fall and Shattering Words. Those are just a few, and by all means, they are chalk-full of loads more, but those are golden songs.

Especially Suidarka.

Yes probably, we must get progressivly into music: When i was 10, i wa s a huge maiden fan, melodic simple and epic, bu ti couldnt stand metallica, theni learned to appreciate metallica but couldn't stand slayer, much too "nsaty" ans disonnant. Then progressivly, i learned to like loud thrash metal and today i listen to loud stuffs such as Gojira and i'm a huge fan of kvelertak. I think i'll soon be able to appreciate loud DM or BM, i've listened to your bands and it's very good :D !
