I like the tamed down version of the hook w/ acoustic guitar. the vocal just fits much better than if he were going way up there into the head-voice, falsetto notes.

He´s not hitting the high notes because it´s just a sweeter arrangement acoustically. That´s because the "high" notes are incredibly far up Myles´ head-voice range, and might sound very squeaky if he hasn´t warmed up for several minutes. He has no problem reaching for them, but it´s unnecessary, as the acoustic/electric versions should be treated in different ways. The acoustic version is a tender story, whiles the electric one is more energetic with instrumentals.= )
