Yeah, the rhythm's too sluggish. Not syncopated like Adele's vocals were.

Agreed, though it is nice to hear a well-executed instrumental that does justice to the vocal section as well. I did find the perfect orchestration - if sung poorly - of Skyfall in the meantime though @ watch?v=7dJILXaj3go - if there was ever an arrangement with a pure John Barry edge to it, it's that. Much deeper, melodious, and wonderfully free of that "processed until vanilla enough for the mass market" sound of the original arrangement.

I agree, the guitar throws me off a bit. I don't actually think it needed the guitar or any musical representation of the vocal part. It's a beautiful orchestral piece with and without the vocals. :)

Very nicely done - as always with the Prague Philharmonic - but I'm undecided on the guitar representing the vocal lead. Just a wee bit dissapointing.
