This song is to my Ex boyfriend who made me feel terrible. He always said things like "Its all your fault I was late!" and "I can't beleive you! Why couldn't you buy this new thing I wanted! It's not like you are poor!". Also he would always flirt with other girls and when I came over and told the girl to get lost he would hit me like I was just some girl who came up and told his girlfriend to get lost. One day I couldn't take it anymore and left, and then he BEGGED me to come back to him! I raged in my head for minutes until I said "NO! I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN!" And then he hit me and threatend me to take him back. I just ran away.

Sorry, when i first read it, I thought it said "It might not be Christan..." but I just read too fast. By the way, I'm not really a die-hard Christian (I probably should try to be though) so I am a little offended by your comment. I'm not exactly sure if you're trying to be nice, or you just don't like my opinions,and its really bugging you (for whatever crazy reason you may have). Jack never said he didn't think it was a Christian song. In fact, he was saying he may not meet the prerequisites for completely understanding the song (meaning he realizes there are religious themes in these songs). Honestly, everyone knows Skillet is a Christian band, so if all of you die-hard Christian skillet fans could please refrain from pointing it out to anyone and everyone who even remotely seems like they have a different opinion, that would be great.
