Skillet seem to be the only band that understands pain and love and well everything.Its not a gift, its not talent, they are the only ones that understand the pain half of us suffer through. I thank these guys for coming together when I was a teenager and still impress me with their lyrics and give me the strength to move on from something I thought I could never overcome. I now have a reason to say these guys, are my heroes.

Skillet will always have a special place in my heart. When my dad died, I had just discovered you guys, and though I don't really believe in any specific God, your guy's music pulled me through the worst of it. Every song struck chords in me that I never knew existed. I love your new album, specifically: 'American Noise' and 'Everything Goes Black' I wish those songs had been out sooner, but I don't care. They're epic.I just wanted to thank you guys for keeping my sane over the last four years.
