No, he handles it well live. I've seen him do it twice and neither time sounded bad at all. I know he's not a perfect singer, either, but in this case I think it's just an effect that they added in that they thought was cool. I don't think it sounds so great either lol. But I'm pretty sure it's not a cover-up to make it sound better. If it was, I bet he would've just used autotune.11 years ago
