I never understood the 16th Note Triplets really?I guess it's just supposed to be off-beat right?I mean it gives you 6 steps per beat/24 steps per bar but it sounds bad when you place a Kick on the 2d and 5th step of every beat?Does anybody know why?

Please don't get it fucked up and think because it's simple that it's easy. Because there's not a ton going on there's no where to hide on this beat, every element has to be so on point with these type of beats, which is why even now it's hard for someone to really recreate it.
