Quick, name ANY OTHER Night Ranger song! Can't, huh? That's why these guys are a PERFECT example of what's bad about radio: Overplaying this song to death while completely ignoring everything else they've ever done.

weird question but can someone help???I'm like 17 years old and I heard this song on the radio today and for some reason It gave me a faint memory of a young girl singing the lyrics "motoring what's your price for flights we'll be alright tonight" but I can't exactly remember what it's from? maybe Disney or Nickelodeon years back? but it's a young girl probably like 15 singing those words. does anybody remember ://

origins & history of the song:The song is about Night Ranger drummer & singer Kelly Keagy's little sister, Christy Keagy.  Kelly Keagy wrote the song at his apartment in San Francisco, after he had just returned from a visit to his hometown of Eugene, Oregon. He had been struck at how fast his teenaged sister, was growing up. the original lyrics of song were written as "Sister Christy.Keagy has stated; "After we started practicing & playing it, guitarist Jack Blades turned to me and said, 'What exactly are you saying there?'".... "Jack thought the words were Sister Christian, instead of Sister Christy, so it just stuck."and the song & lyrics were changed to "Sister Christian", before final recording & release. The lyric, "You're motoring. What's your price for flight? In finding Mr. Right?" is the subject of much debate. The band stated in a VH-1 Behind the Music interview, that the term "motoring" was synonymous with the term "cruising in cars".i think this song is about girls growing up & trying to find their way in life, and possibly find Mr Right (a mate or husband).it guess it's basically about girls coming of age and becoming women & often doing so quickly & possibly before there time is due. i've also seen others say it's about girls losing their virginity, or their personal decision about when to lose their virginity. from looking at the lyrics, this is certainly possible. but i've never seen anything official on that exact topic or act, from the band members in past interviews or documentaries, etc

When I smoked weed, it's been: 1: Life seems horrible and pointless 2: Everything seems like it's only there to serve animalistic needs 3: Cotton mouth 4: I can't pay attention to any music, let alone Night Ranger That's right, I don't like weed. I can already hear the angry mob of 12 year olds storming down my street.
