Doug Sahm needs to be in the rock n roll hall of fame. I remember listening to Mendocino on the radio in 1968. I never forgot this man and his great music. AWESOME.. His son Shawn Sahm does some really fantastic songs on his own.

uh no he just carried the same tune in his new genre of music he was awesome and could put on a show i was 13 when i staretd listening to this for a 13 year old to start listening to this when it was all about brittny spears and justin timberlake in the early 2000s is something our generation is lacking and thats knowin ggreat music like this guy and james taylor and steve earle
