Simple Things is the title track from the same titled album featuring the cream of the Irish music industry, which will serve as the soundtrack to the battle to break the cycle of suicide in Ireland.

Amongst the names on this amazing album are Heathers, Ryan Sheridan, Gavin James, Ryan O'Shaughnessy, The Original Rudeboys, Hudson Taylor, Danny O'Reilly from the Coronas, and many more.

The album has been produced by Cycle Against Suicide ambassador Bressie, who also sings a track on the album.

Each of the artists that features on the album sings on the first collaborative single from the album, also titled 'Simple Things'.

This album is another way of conveying the message that it's ok not to be ok and it's absolutely ok to ask for help. Its available to buy in HMV, Golden Discs, Carraig Donn and all good record stores, as well as on iTunes and on the Cycle Against Suicide website.
