I had the honor of speaking with Mr. Phillips once while I was working customer service for a credit card company. Very gracious person, I mentioned that I loved his work and named a few songs I loved that he played on. He took the time to speak with me and did not blow me off like some people would have. Simon is one of the best!

I think 1993 was the year I purchased the VCR tape of this....God, I'm dating myself. However, what an awe-inspiring drummer. I was fortunate to see him in 1980 with Jeff Beck and in 1997 at a drum clinic in Tampa. One of the very best in my opinion.
