I am a bass player and I run through three sometimes four effects pedals. I get so annoyed at other musicians who tell me I should just plug in and play. Take a look at Silversun Pickups bass player's pedal board on the floor. I think she might have a couple of more pedals than the guitar player. The day of "plugging in and playing" for bassists are long over. Just thought I'd say. Good song and performance by the way.
