I was watching the movie "Blade Runner" the other day and there's a scene where Harrison Ford is in pursuit of a replicant and he passes by an ATARI luminous sign. Don't know why but the first thing that came to my mind was this Sigue Sigue Sputnik song: "Atari Baby". After i finished watching the movie i listened to the song and damn!! I thought the song fitted the movie perfectly. What a great coincidence! I decided to try and do something with that movie and this song. This is the result.

Super cool! Really nice job for sure.And, yeah, they reference Blade Runner in a few of their songs. My favorite is from Love Missile F-11 when they sample the interrogation scene; "It's a test, designed to provoke an emotional response..." and "Let me tell you about my mother." 9 years ago

Its no accident this movie and song fit together. Tony James, the band's founder has said Blade Runner was a huge influence on conceiving the band. He said something like he wanted it to be Blade Runner meets Giorgio Moroder.9 years ago
