A great album considering she was 14 at the time. I actually really like her voice as well. She sounds very similar to Alison Krauss imho, and that is a pretty good thing.

True, postings like this have caused me to buy recordings. You just cant collect enough recordings of good fiddle music. And true Metis music is hard to come by around here. She was 14?! Geez... Lucky gal to have that upbringing.
