I'm on a big Sia kick right now because I am loving her latest album, 1000 Forms of Fear. Fire Meet Gasoline is one of my favorite songs at the moment because frankly, it sounds like a song I might write. This song also pretty much explains how I felt when I met Glen Nadeau 10 years ago today, so I couldn't resist covering it :) And special thanks to both Glen and my sister Gwendolyn for turning me onto it in the first place!

I also couldn't resist looking up her birthday, and I wasn't surprised to learn that she's a fellow Sagittarius :) In fact, we were born one day apart (Sia on Dec. 18, me on Dec. 19). I'm a big believer in the "stars" (astrologically speaking), and I have a ton of respect for her fearless prolificacy and artistic integrity. #soulsisters
